炬鼎GQ系列燃氣式坩堝爐采用換熱器與獨立燃燒機匹配，有效預熱助燃空氣,使燃氣燃燒更充分，爐子節(jié)能高效。取消了老式燃氣坩堝爐的回火煙囪，大大降低了鋁料燒損,改善了紺竭爐頂面工作區(qū)域的環(huán)境。
可換紺竭的形式大大簡化了更換鋁合金號的步驟。碳化硅石墨坩堝強度高、耐侵蝕，對強烈侵蝕普通耐火澆注料的鋁合金號具有良好的耐受性，不易結瘤。

The form of a replaceable crucible greatly simplifies the process of re-placing the aluminium alloy grades produced.Silicon carbidegraphite crucible has high strength and corrosion resistance.It has goodresistance to aluminum alloy which strongly corrodes common refrac-tory castable.
